I became a health coach because I believe that understanding our health — and taking action — can help prevent future conditions and support existing ones.

What you want for your future needs to be part of your life today. If health matters to you, movement needs to be part of your day. If your family is what you love most, spending time with them regularly is how you show that love.

Love is where health begins. Not in fear, not in doubt — but in how you care for yourself, and how you live with others. When there is love, the body softens, the mind settles, and things start to work as they should.

Listen to what your body and your thoughts tell you, just as you would to a friend during a lovely conversation in a café. This switches off the 'auto-pilot,' leading you to try something new and triggering change. Otherwise, we simply repeat the same actions we did the day before.

Walking barefoot more often, spending most of your time outdoors, being active during the day and inactive at night, eating what grows near you, smelling the flowers, and lying down in the grass to just do 'nothing'.
