Coaching helps you move from not knowing, or even knowing what to do… to actually doing it.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Coaching gives you space to pause, reflect, and understand what’s really going on for you.
From there, we take simple steps forward together — at your pace — so you can build habits that truly support your health and feel good to maintain over time.
What coaching is — and what it isn’t
It’s a space where we work together to understand what your body and life need, and take simple, realistic steps in that direction. Coaching is not about strict diets, diagnoses, or being told what to do.
Think of it as having someone by your side — helping you make sense of things, stay consistent, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Working together
I’ll listen to you to truly understand where you are, and guide you using my knowledge to help you move towards your goals and the reason you’re seeking support.
My approach is integrative, so we can explore areas such as food, sleep, stress, emotions, movement and more — because everything is connected. I’m also on this journey myself, learning and doing my best each day.
Coaching is a space with no pressure and no judgement — just a steady path towards feeling better, at your own pace.
How it works
1: Book a free call with me
A relaxed call so we can get to know each other, understand what you need, and see if I’m the right person to support you — and if you feel I’m the right coach for you.
2: If you’d like to continue, we’ll start with three sessions
1st session: A deep conversation to understand you, your health, and where you are now — 90 minutes
2nd session: We review your needs and create a simple, realistic plan, with clear ways I can support you — 60 minutes
3rd session: A follow-up to support you and see how things are going — 60 minutes
3: Ongoing support, if you need it
After that, we can continue with sessions as needed, depending on what feels right for you. No pressure, no commitment, just support when you need it, in a way that works for you.

Integrative approach
You’ve probably heard a lot about the key areas for health (Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Stress...) and that’s great, because they are an amazing foundation. But did you know your thoughts also affect your biology? And exposing to plenty of natural light daily is crucial for your health? Or that a meaningful chat with someone you love, a hug, or singing your favourite song can help release oxytocin, easing stress and supporting your wellbeing? Or that too many toxins in plastics or cleaning products, might be affecting you?
That’s why my approach is integrative — looking at the whole of you, the spaces you spend time in, your routines, and the people around you, to uncover what truly supports your health and what might be getting in the way.
